The easiest way to cook fiddleheads is to boil them. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. While the water is heating, clean your fiddleheads by rinsing them with water and removing any brown husk spots. Once the water is boiling, add in your freshly cleaned fiddleheads and allow them to boil for 15 minutes.
